Need Changes In Admin Panel

Hello All,

I need some changes vendors menu in admin panel.

When I click on vendors link in admin panel all the vendors list will display.

below list will display.

I want to remove plan and want to add vendor category.

Are you wanting to just change the column name? Or are you wanting to reference different data?
