I am trying to refresh the store with a new CS-Cart version and with the new version of theme I am using. First one was Unitheme, now Unitheme2.
I created a contact form using Form Builder add-on of CS-Cart. Its design is in the attachments. Now in the new version the form doesn't align the input fields in a well box. Instead it places all of the fields one under the other which doesn't look neat as much as before. I added the screenshots.
