Update To 4.13.1

General Installation & Upgrade

I have tried several times to upgrade to version 4.13.1
It backs up and then hangs for a few minutes with the following screen( see attachment)
Then the screen disappears but the update has not been performed

Please check upgrade logs in the var/upgrades directory

Hello

Uncomment in file config.php
define('DEVELOPMENT', true);
Then you will be able to skip the backup process and start the update process right away.
Remember to make a backup before starting the update in another way, e.g. from the console.
