Vendor User Group Block Setting

Hi,

I am looking for a solution or an add-on to provide an additional setting for vendor user group, I understand that there are some add-on available for user group but these cannot provide a solution for us. For example, we want to hide the search bar and vendor logo for a vendor user group to a certain user groups such as non-registered user while make available for some other vendors user group.
