Is CS-Cart able to sell digital goods such as ebooks, zip files etc?
Is there a module that can do this and send the user a download link?

Yes CS is capable of this out of the box.

For some reason I just get the Invoice when I buy a downloadable good and not a link to it.
A more advanced question... Is it possible to have a downloadable good with diferent options (like resolution: 800x600, 400x300) and a File to download associated with each option ??

No it's not possible. I did ask the same months ago through the helpdesk area and the only way to have this feature is applying for custom services if you cannot code it yourself.A more advanced question...
