Upgrade To 4.13.1 Error Rate Topic   - - - - -

Hello,

 

Need a help. After upgrade backend shows error:

Have you defined your environment to be 'development'? Because that is quite literally the only way this error could show. Furthermore, this error does not occur on a fresh install. So I think something more than just the upgrade is going on here.

Log file shows that upgrade went OK. No errors. But after is error to login to admin. Anyone know what are errors mentioned above please.

There is no enabled development mode. When you getting page "Sorry, service is temporarily unavailable." you can open view page source and at the bottom to see those errors.

I too have had this error when upgrading to 4.13.1. However, my environment has been configured to operate in 'development mode'.

 

So my question is, how do I resolve this Exception?
