Why Am I Getting This Message In My Admin Panel?

I don't understand why I'm getting this message in my Admin panel? I haven't modified any core files (I wouldn't even know how to).

I've been getting this message since installing one of CS-Carts updates. As far as I can tell, my installation of MV should be up to date.

Any help is much appreciated.

It says the only file is "products_multicolumns.tpl" in the product_list_templates
