Hello !
I am quite new to cs cart. Developing my own small site.
I am trying to create a landing page on my server. which is a php page. But i am getting 403 error. can some one help me to solve this error ?

What i know till now :
- I am creating a page in same directory to cs-cart.
public_html
app
design
var
.
.
test_mail.php (existing page, I think by cs cart)
landing.php (page I am creating)
- I see a page test_mail.php which do not throw this error 403
- I checked modsecurity , turned it o , but still 403 error exist
