Ebay module

Ebay or turbo lister export.

A module to post and manage auctions would be killer.

I would not use this but I’m sure many people would benefit.

Safety Net Web recently release Ebay integration mods for X - I emailed them when it was released and they plan to release the same mod for cscart in the near future

This feature combined with CSCarts inbuilt phone ordering means stock figures on CSCart wont be compromised by “off website” sales. Less chance of being caught out of stock of particular items.

Something to look forward to for those of us with lots of eggs in different baskets.

maree, any news yet?

ebay or kelkoo integration would be it!..

The CS Mod Team is pushing to have CS code a Data Feed Manager. The Data Feed Manager can export all data feeds including Froogle, Yahoo, MSN Shopping, Shopping.com, Shopzilla(bizrate), Shopferret, Pricegrabber, Ebay, Turbolister ect… and this will be the best part, the Data Feed Manager will have the ability to create our own custom data feeds where we include/exclude all the field outputs in the desired order, even adding/deleting our own custom new fields so we can make our custom feeds meet our exact requirements of our data feed, this way when amazon or yahoo updates their feeds we can just adjust our fields accordingly through the easy to use Data Feed Manager interface.

Hey Sno!

i’m kinda new to this. i’m looking for what they’re calling “multi channel sales/marketing” for easy integration with f.e. ebay (shop) and f.e. kelkoo (very important to me as well).

lycos webshops have it…[url]Lycos.com

Is this the same we talk about?

A Data Feed Manager would basically let you export your store and then let you import your store into EBay, Yahoo Stores, MSN Shopping ect…I’m not familiar with Lycos Stores but with the Data Feed Manager you should be able to custom create your data feeds to export and then import into Lycos, does that help? The Data Feed Manager is only a proposed module for CS right now and we don’t know yet if it will be integrated, we hope so…

hey sno!

i dont have/ever had a lycos webshop, but they carry that feature, which seems very cool: actually having a webshop and at the same time (with a few settings) its also a shop at ebay and integrated into kelkoo (huge comparison-site all around europe, dunno if u have it in the states).

thx!

Hey Sno,

Any update on this ebay stuff? It looks like CS was planning on doing this a couple of years ago but I still do not see anything for ebay.

The main thing I am wanting to do is import the ebay orders we get.

this export data feed option would take cs cart to a whole different level !

I guess this feature was not considered for beta 2.0 …?

I’m looking forward to this… Hopefully CSCtech can do this quickly and make it fairly easy on cscart owners. (make it dumby proof) so people like myself can use it . haha

I have to admit the google base export was a breeze. I love it.

Sorry to sound dumb, but can you tell me who “CSCtech” is? Are you talking about CSOCarts tech dept?

cs-cart tech.
