I'm gonna build an online store with B2C edition. Buying B2B is redundant for me, because I'm only need the feature "Stores and warehouses". So can I buy this feature individually?

I do not think so. Basically B2B is same cscart just with few extra addons..

B2C already have "Warehouses" out of the box. You can check it out on their dev demo. For all other needs look for third party add-ons.
