Cs-Cart Tootip For Admin Panel

Hi, does cs-cart has tooltip for admin panel? That's would be great for any admin to understand better how each of the function works.

CS-Cart had tooltips in admin before but they have changed it since 4.12.1:

Design: Admin panel: Tooltips: Most tooltips now appear below what they describe by default. That way you don’t need to hover over the question mark to see the tooltip.
