When a customer has a wishlist on his account, if he add products in wishlist without being logged, when he log in to his account, the new wishlist overwrite the old one.
Is it a normal way to do like this or could it be a bug in cs-cart ?

The issue with cart was fixed in 4.12.2.SP2. Try to contact support team with this issue
