I got 502 error when I am trying to access product option combinations or forbidden combinations.
Do you know what causing the error and how I can fix it, please?

What version do you use? In the latest versions mentioned features are deprecated and not supported anymore. Use variations instead
Ohh, I didn't know it.
Anyway it looks like it all back to normal after I raised support ticket with Simtech.
