Cs-Cart admin / vendor panels look too old. enhancements are nice but have difficulty keeping up with new technologies. does not support almost any new technology in website tests.

I think it's time to talk about version 5 and launch it.

 

In my opinion, what should happen in v5;

 

1-) Postgresql Database (already known to come in v5)

2-) Async Js, Css libraries.

3-) Modern Design Admin / Vendor Panel

4-) Frontend responsive theme optimized for performance

5-) A new payment system that has been overhauled.

6-) Stock support for webp, jpeg2000 optimization

7-) The new notification system is constantly evolving, but it should be able to track past notifications from customers.

 

What are your ideas?

 

I hope @ikoshin and @imac join us too.

I'd rather have them fix all the bugs and weird behaviour and THEN start thinking about version 5.
