Help - You Must Log In Before You Can Access This Resource Rate Topic   - - - - -

After upgrading to the latest version of CS-CART, when a customer is visiting the shop he gets the below error/notification:

Access denied You must log in before you can access this resource!

 

and it takes the vistor to the sign in page.

I need the shop to be fully open for guest visitors not only to registered customers.

 

Any idea why this has happened?

I'm using VIVA (lated version) and the shop url is www.myprimarket.pl

 

Any help would be really appriciated.

I don't know why it would have changed but check Settings->Checkout->Allow shopping for unlogged customers:

I've checked it. it's not that, the option is currently allow.

 

Got more issues in which I think a proffesional developer can assist (I will of course pay):

- Guests are not allowed in the shop

- Addons - I see all developers but CS-CART is not there nor the option to disable all addons / all 3rd party addons but If I search for a specific addon of CS-CART, it will show on the list.

- The main language of the shop is English, however when switching from English to any other language and then trying to switch back to English - there will be error msg (while changing to any other language works fine)

Wow.  It sounds like the upgrade didn't go well.  I would probably revert the upgrade and try it again.

Too late to revert the ugrade, however - after hours of investigating it seems like there are bugs in the specific style we chose (we are using VIVA shop theme).

After changing to another style - some of the issues resolved (guest can brose the shop and swithcing languages with no issues).

 

I posted a ticket with Energo themes. Hope to get a fast response and solution as soon as possible.

 

It is also a bit too late to switch style as we really spent so many hours in adjusting the banners and other design options so no other solution would be acceptable beside fixinig the bug.

 

Will keep you guys updated when all done.

issue resolved thanks to help from hretailfactory.ru - it was related to the cach.
