Hire someone to add required functionality for you. I think the mentioned example is quite clear

Thanks for your reply but we don't want to hire any one. We want to learn by own. We have tried to follow the module but as a beginner we don't get it correctly. So that we are asking here.

We have created the file schemas/menu/menu.post.php to add the one extra menu after manage but it didn't worked. So can some one let us know if we need to add any other file also.

Separate template for addons settings (you can add own button there) should be defined in the addon.xml file
