Email About Order Status

Hi,

I have Ultimate 4.12 and I set every store to have individual email adress in Settings: Company: Order department e-mail address:

But when someone place the order, instead notification being sent on email adress of that Store, it comes to general adress we use to sign in.

That Adress is not used by any store.

Any idea?
