Adyen Payment Gateway

Hi Developers,

We would like to have Adyen Payment Gateway be integrated in our Multivendor platform (4.12.1) to allow customers to use Credit/Debit Cards and GCash. We are using the latest Vivashop Multivendor Theme. Would you be able to send me a quote?
Please note that CS-Cart just released a patch 4.12.2 and we might upgrade to this version if Vivashop is compatible with it.
I'm expecting as well that who ever will do the integration for us will create a full documentation.

We used to have one fully integrated with recurring payments and all, but Adyen is kinda shit, so we just moved back to Pay.nl

Random API outages (without any reporting), bad SDK's available, no developer support. It makes it a nightmare to integrate and maintain. Besides that, the sales representatives are complete bullshit. Communication takes ~2 days to respond to a simple inquiry, for an essential part of someone's business that is just way too long.

On the other hand, Pay.nl has always responded to us within 15 minutes or so. They report outages directly to us (although they have not had one in a very long time), and keep us unformed when e.g. the api changes.

Thanks for sharing your experience at least this is something we have to consider. I'm sure there will be a lot of payment gateway to choose from that can provide a better service.

Hmm, weird. I don't really have issues with them and the support people usually respond quickly.

I dont know, maybe the changed, or we just got a bad sales representative, but I just tend to stay as far away as possible from them. They are too big to get good support from, unless your name is Google or Microsoft.

Hello,

Yes we are still using Pay.nl and are very satisfied. By default we use their direct CsCart integration, as we opened some issues on there and fixed some things, but we do still have a custom version that we use ocassionaly (when integrating e.g. refunds).

Hi Harm, I installed the pay.nl cs-cart module but am running into the issue that I have to make a payment method in cs-cart for every single checkout method (iDeal, Visa, etc). This creates an enormous list of payment methods.

In Adyen, the customer was simply taken to a next step and Adyen automatically made a selection for the customer. For example, a Dutch customer would see iDeal and credit cards but 50 other methods as well. How do you handle this?

I created a separate storefront for each location, and have a tiny modification that allows me to assign payment methods per country. I recon I could make the latter modification available somehow, but I am incredibly preoccupied right now,
