Our site has stopped working suddenly. Whenever the site is opened for traffic, there are hundreds of processes spawning the server and it goes to 100% CPU usage. We tried changing the hosting itself but the same issue continues even at the new hosting. DDOS attack may be?

Nope. Unfortunately it didnt get fixed'and the cause is not known until a cs-cart developer looks at it. It ran ok for 24 hours but went down twice again today. Every few hours there are a lot of processes spawning the server due to cs-cart. Looking for professional help to fix this permanently.
