Advanced Import: Images Doesn´t Exist

Hello!

I bought the multivendor ultimate edition, i have been struggling with troubles and the most of the time support techs don´t give help. Now i have no more support time and i don´t know where to find a solution in order to launch the project i have invested all my savings in.

I am using multivendor 4.12.1, in the docs says that for upload images, you can use the advanced import addon. I have installed it in my project and another 2 trial projects.

I CANNOT FIND THIS FIELD: Advanced import: images

When i upload the csv file, i can only find other field called: Advanced import: Warehouse stock (false), and other one called just : Images. None of them work to upload the images.

I am really sad and upset, i spend all my savings buying this system and i find that there is no any kind of support when you have a trouble.

I hope i find a solution before killing mysefl for the biggest mistake of my life, spending all my savings on this.

Export one item with image to see correct path for images in your Multi-Vendor edition. It should be something like

var/files/1/exim/backup/downloads/

Export one item with image to see correct path for images in your Multi-Vendor edition. It should be something like

var/files/1/exim/backup/downloads/

The exported item with image path is showing exim/backup/images/ but still when you import product with the image path it display the warning below even the image is present in the directory.

"WarningCould not import images for some of the products. Either those images don't exist (or can't be accessed), or the paths to those images in the imported file are incorrect."

browse to th eimage path on the server and see if the iage is there.

are you using the same extension .jpg is different than .JPG

and finally are the permissions on the directory set coreectly to access

If the exim/backup/images/ path is specified, you should put files to var/files/1/exim/backup/downloads/. Agree, it is not obvious
