Whenever we select PayPal paypal payment, check the “i’m not a robot” capcha… and press de “place order” button. It does nothing, no payment instructions nor redirect to paypal website for payment as it should do.
It only works when we clear cache/history.
And every time we have to do this

It was a recaptcha addon issue
Enabling and disabling it solved the issue

Actually the issue of Google recaptcha did not solved by disabling and then enabling it.
While we enable it, problem again appeared.
