Bestseller, New, On Sale - Add Filter

Hello dear community,
we hope that you can help us.
On the "normal" category pages we have successfully activated the filter options (e.g. colour, size, ...). There, it works without any problems, but we are not able to display these filters on the pages "Bestseller, New, On Sale" (example: index.php?dispatch=products.bestsellers).
Is there a way to also have filters enabled on these pages or to have at least only bestsellers, new or on sale products from a certain category shown?

Hello

I'm afraid there can't be filters in these places. You can put filters on the category page, on the main page and on the vendor list (if you have the Multi-Vendor version and the appropriate addon)

Thanks for your quick reply Robert!

We do have Multi Vendor and the addon works perfectly fine, we were only wondering if there was a way to kind of narrow down the results you get when clicking on the aforementioned places.

Is there no possibility to show for example the top sellers of a specific category only?

It's a little surprising that the entire catalogue values are used for this and that you cannot filter them.

Perhaps it would be possible to adapt the block with filters for the home page. But the block with these filters placed there directly does not work. It takes some work, some code, and maybe it worked.
