Error With Customer Email After Upgrade To V. 4.11.5

Hello

After updating from v.4.11.2 to v.4.11.5 all orders from customers have email like : fgxbvc-1605095684@example.com where fgxbvc is is theit last name.

first I supposed it it something related with Profile fields >> Contact information >> profile >> Show / Required but both are checked . I even create email address field for Billing address and another shipping address and are all checked...but same situation

somebody knows why this is happening ?

What do you mean by "orders from customers"? Do you mean the invoice for the order? Do you have any 3rd party addons that are attempting to manage email from/reply-to fields to hide it from vendors?

all orders have the same form : firstname-lastname@example.com

Since I don't see this in the standard release, my guess is that you have an addon that is modifying the email address.

Had the same problem. I changed email field with different ID https://prntscr.com/vktrhe

No clue. You might want to have Ecom do the investigation for you since they are your dominate addon developer.

I deactivate all third-party addons and same situation

If a customer create an account before ordering , everything is OK

But if customer decide to order without creating an account...somehow..cs-cart do not take in consideration E-mail (even if is set as mandatory) from checkout "contact information"

Try to contact support team. if I'm not mistaken, someone on the Russian forum wrote about the same issue

It happens to me also.

This is related to customers logging from Facebook. where the "1605095684" in the email structure is actually their user ID on Facebook.

Usually when they place an order they are requested to update the email, but if it is only registration / login with no order it remains like that.

This causes endless email error msgs (since no such email exsist) and also none-valid emails on your list with Mailchimp (if you have one).

Hope CS cart will find a solution for that.
