I’m trying to check if I understand the CSA PSD2 impact for a global market place.



Reading the stripe conditions I understand that enabling Secure 3D payments restrict the gateway to payments only between buyers in vendors within the range region (like Europe).



I wonder how global multi- vendor marketplaces deal with this. You probably have vendors outside Europe that wish to sell to customers within Europe.



How do you deal with that?



Is there a payment gateway that can deal with this on a global basis and that is SCA-PSD2 compliant?
