The language variable is: product_variations.variations_list_tab_name
And you can change it from the Adminstration/Languages/Translations page.

think this is a different one this is still english and i changes it on the site already to dutch or this is a bug i dont know

You are not right. Tab name is changed on the Design -> Tabs page
