How To Add An Add-On To Marketplace?

I am following this step https://docs.cs-cart...-to-marketplace

I made an account on: https://marketplace.cs-cart.com/but I cannot find the menu to insert my info. I am missing something? What is more to do for me to upload my addon?

Did you register developer account, not regular one?
