I have a customer that wants something like that.
That site certainly has some scrolling issues in my web browser. There are two scroll bars on the right and you must grab the outside one to scroll to the footer. The inside one seems to scroll the main content only. A scroll wheel on the mouse is useless with this design unless you click into, or hover over, the left or right column.
If you make a design like this, maybe you can fix that.

also currency drop down menu on top left has some css styling delay on page reload thats not looking nice on latest firefox..

Well, not entirely, you are literally using all the javascript provided by CS-Cart. But then again, rewriting all the frontend javascript is quite a hassle. I have been busy on a project for a while now where we are reworking the entire for frontend to vanilla js, and performance is significantly better than using something like jQuery.

For now there is no demo. I will release a demo somewhere in the near future. All I can tell is that the frontend is completely modular and that rendering times are stunning with the current opimizations.

We are thinking of going for a custom theme soon rather than Unitheme. What sort of price is something like the northskull website so we have an idea?
