How to install both wordpress and cs-cart install in root of the same domain.
I need to put in a lot of information in website which cs-cart very difficult to do this task.
Any help is much appreciated.

I am afraid it is not possible since both CMS can have files with the same name. Install WP to subdirectory, e.g. blog/

Or as a sub-domain like wp.yoursite.com and have a completley separate document root). This configuration will prevent any security issue in either CMS from impacting the other.
