Advanced Products Import Rate Topic   - - - - -

For months now i have beed struggling to import images into the store as the Advanced products import module has malfuntioned and will only import one image. Most times i get a message saying "file cannot be uploaded to the choosen store" even though i have only one store.

 

I paid $160 to extend the license and uploaded the new files but nothing works, contacted the unhelpful CS Cart techs and they flatly refuse to help unless i pay them extra to fix their faulty software. I love CS Cart but i loathe the tech support as they are completely arrogant and rude to customers. I think if the files are faulty it should be the techs jobs to fix the issue and not ask for money to fix a fault in their software.

 

If anyone has a solution to the Advanced products import issue i would appreciate some help.

I have the same problem, i buy the multivendor ultimate edition and i found that support techs works for nothing. 

 

I cannot upload images, the advanced import addon doesnt work. The field "Advanced import: images" doesnt exist, the one that exist is "advanced import: warehouse stock (false)" and other one called images, none of them work to upload images. 

 

 

I am so sad about losing my money buying this system that has no support when you find a problem

I have spend all my savings buying the multivendor ultimate edition. Last year i had a bad year and when i had problems with configuration, tech service from cscart was awfull. Now i have no more money to invest on this and i find that i was able to upload product with images in 4.11 version, but it is not possible in 4.12 . Now i have no more acces to support so they dont give any kind of answer, before they didnt solve problems, but at least they answer something and you can try to fix it. Now i dont know where can i find some help.

They only care about you pay more and more money, but dont solve any  problem, it doesnt matter if it is abug like in this case. Once you have no support they dont even answer any question, and you find yourself with a lot of money invested on crap
