For months now i have beed struggling to import images into the store as the Advanced products import module has malfuntioned and will only import one image. Most times i get a message saying "file cannot be uploaded to the choosen store" even though i have only one store.
I paid $160 to extend the license and uploaded the new files but nothing works, contacted the unhelpful CS Cart techs and they flatly refuse to help unless i pay them extra to fix their faulty software. I love CS Cart but i loathe the tech support as they are completely arrogant and rude to customers. I think if the files are faulty it should be the techs jobs to fix the issue and not ask for money to fix a fault in their software.
If anyone has a solution to the Advanced products import issue i would appreciate some help.
