Form Builder Not Showing Any Fields On The Frontend

I have a problem with the form builder on my website and looked for a solution to fix.

I did check the community forum but can't find any solution.

I have installed fresh CS-CART. It seems not working even with a clean install.

I don't see any fields on the frontend.

How can I fix this issue?

You have a very old version of CS-Cart. Do you want to use such?

Yes, old version is used. It is better to contact official support team with this issue
