Give ongoing advice how to solve problems - Usability
Advice on development - User experience etc
I have a MultiVendor installation with a UniTheme skin.
I want to concentrate on building the business and effectively need a technical person familiar with the software to handle and provide advice on the whole back end + user experience.
I need preferably a rate P/hr along with any minimum hours requirement per month.

Thanks for the reply. I do need however a full one stop shop as I need customisations and then how that will affect any updates and so forth.
