i have a strange problem with product labels only "on sale" page
the product discount label is not there.

1 home page on sale block "ok"
2 product page "ok"
2.a grid list
2.b scroller
3 on sale page no discount labels "not ok"
this block is missing in the page on sale. it is present all other pages.
