How To Change Email Look And Copy?

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to change the look&feel of the email notifications on CS-Cart multi vendor - without success. I go to Administration<Notifications and then select any of the templates and I can't get how to write my own text, change the font, the images, everything. I tried google, the forums but haven't found any solution.

I still don't understand how the simplest thing can be so complicated! Unless I'm missing something that is so obvious for others??

Any help is highly appreciated! Thanks

You can add custom text directly in the WYSIWYG editor.

Your own styles (css) can be added in the Header snippet

Administration -> Notifications

Some notifications have simple text area, another ones have WYSIWYG editor. E.g.

Most notification do not have simple text area .

I have just sent myself a test email , and it looks like a mess (plus the name of my company is instead the name of the theme on the email )

its really difficult to get by

is there any KB on this ?
