I am trying to find a decent payment processor , that do split payment/ membership payment, recurring payment And thought of bluesnap
They sent me this message below and I am not sure I understand it .
I know it does not integrate with Cs-cart
Stripe for instance integrate with Cs-cart with the API , but cs-cart has chosen not to integrate Stripe recurrent payment API. Stripes offer third party partners for recurrent payment. but i personnaly dont feel comfortable going with stripe.

Since you need split payments capability we can support that requirement ONLY via our payment API not via any shopping cart integration that we currently have. "
