trying to do my daily backup in admin and processing screen appears but nothing happens.
Ive done a check database in phpmyadmin and get one error
Found row where the auto_increment column has the value 0
anyone help

If the issue is only in Chrome v83, there is a bug there. Contact support team for fix or use another browser to backup
