Best Live Chat For Mv

Hi everyone

I am looking for some recommendations for a live chat for MV.

We use Crisp at the moment and not really happy with the features or layout. Which company do fellow members recommend?

I would like one where you can add FAQ questions to the live chat, so when the customer clicks the link on the page they will be given 4-5 FAQ and at the bottom the option to chat with us if the FAQ isn't answered.

At least you can use it. I can't install it whatsoever, how did you managed the install, did you use the addon?

Yes we just used the add on.

Does any one else have a recommendation for the live chat?

I dont know if ' Freshworks ' integrates with cs cart etc

but I believe it has FAQ questions
