Finally I got a developer in my country who knows CS Cart and decided to come back here to take a look at what's new.
I’m feeling the community a little stuck. Did I return in a bad period or is the community a little busy?

the community is for starters and beginners.
mostly just to find what they are looking for and don't replay.
once you know cs cart there is no time for coming back here
just some third party developers who offer paid services and free ones.
time ago i was twice a day in this forum, now twice a month.

Most of the community moved to russian forum.cs-cart.ru
That's a pitty because now there is almost nothing interesting on the international forum.

Tbh. CS cart is pretty straight forward and overall well documented.
I totally disagree with this comment.
There are files with thousands of lines and functions with hundreds of lines.
And there are very few comments for this amount of clusterfuck.
(I'm not saying building cscart is simple or easy)
I think there should be a proper developer guide where, for example, every function is explained
(I understand its hard to explain the current mess)
Once its easy for developers to work with it, a lot more developers will start using it.

It's the same for me. The forum really helped me in the beginning. I am still working with developers I found at the time. But now I spend most time running our store!
