Connecting To Paypal Server Language Error

So I noticed yesterday that orders with PayPal as the payment were pending and not getting paid for. Was busy so didn't get to test until today. Now when I try to check out using PP I get the following error:

I haven't changed anything with my payment details. Anyone recognize what that could be? It does it with PayPal credit too.

Anyone know what's the problem ? Thanks !

Looks like translation mode is enabled on your store. Disable it and check the result
