I get up to 35 account requests that are fake and a great many spam messages using my contact link
I have activated the Google capta for account requests and it just slowed them down and I cant find any way to validate contact requests
I have the latest version of cs-cart
Any advice is very appreciated

Assuming these are user accounts and you're running cs-cart/ultimate and that this is NOT related to vendors in MVE.
There are ways to validate the email address at the time they sign up and to verify the domain name's IP against a black/grey list. You can also use a two-step verification to activate accounts. Possibly this addon might help you: https://marketplace.cs-cart.com/user-activation-by-mail.html
