Error Upload Images

Good morning, I have been with a bug in cs cart multivendor for almost a month.
I can upload images from the server and from the URL for my products but I cannot upload images from the computer.
The error:
In the product image, the image disappears and this message appears.
Image can't be upload.
Does anyone know what this error is about?

try uploading a small image size under 100kb, maybe upload size on your server is limited to 1mb or even less and the image you trying to upload is bigger in size.
