We have been having some problems with Stripe connect and it looks like they are now resolved, for some reason although we were in live mode the connected vendor accounts were linking to the test keys so although they were connected it would not take payment.
We have rectified this now and used a test vendor to confirm however that means all the other vendors are wrongly connected and we need them to 'disconnect' from Stripe and re-connect without having to close their account and apply for a new one.
Is there a way of doing this on the CS platform as when I look under the vendor its not showing anything like this, just 'connected;.
