Cs Cart Is Not Sending Order Notification Emails

Hello All,

We are having issues with our Cs Cart store (ver. 4.2.4). It's NOT sending ANY type emails (new order received, contact us form, test emails) whatsoever. NOTHING is working!
It's been working great for the past decade and a half and then all of a sudden it stopped working. I have NO idea what's going on. I have checked EVERYTHING I can think of (doubled checked email addresses, email settings for the various departments, and even sent out test newsletters). I also checked with the host and they said everything is working fine on their end.
I'm stumped at this point.
Any help or pointers would be highly welcomed!

What were the results of the mail test?

What type of mail agent are you using? (php mail, SMTP, Sendmail)

Are there any errors in your PHP error_log file related to the order status changes?

There are tools in our EZ Admin Helper addon that will log cs-cart mail activity. It would at least tell you if cs-cart has passed the mail onto your SMTP mail agent.
