Delete Guest Customers

Seems like I have 32,000 customers in the admin.

Most of these will be guest checkout, can anyone tell me how to filter in admin or phpmyadmin to delete all guest customers

Anonymous customers are not stored in the tables with user data, only in tables related with orders

I have thousands of customers who have name email and telephone number fields but no billing or shipping address fields, I assumed they would be guests ?

So every customer in may database had registered then

Yes they are registered. You can use 'customers without orders' addon to filter out these customers.
