How can I prevent FedEx from displaying for Canadian addresses? Or, can I add additional fees to specific locations within a real time shipping method?
For now, realtime shipping methods appear for any address that they can ship to; additional fees are also applied to the entire shipping method. Changing that behavior requires code modifications. However, we may add some of this functionality in the future versions (sooner rather than later).
