Hi,
I’m trying to set up a promotion so that if a customer buys a product for say $14.99 they will be able to buy a second product at a discounted price. So if the second product is $12.99 when bought on it’s own, I want to set up the promotion so that the customer will automatically get the second product for say $8.99 if they buy it along with the first product.
I’ve been trying to set this up in the promotions section but for some reason the discount is not being applied to the second product. If I change the ‘action’ to discount on order, the discount is applied, but the total discount is spread equally between the two products. I’d prefer it if the discount was only applied to the second product.
I tested the ‘discount on product’ on the cs cart online demo and it’s applied there but for some reason I can’t get it to work for my site. I think there may be some product settings that I need to change but i’m unsure which ones.
Has anyone else come across this problem?
and i think this is a bug. if anyone has an idea please help me 
I have the same issue on 135 sp2 and for the the moment i gave up. Anyone have idea on this? It’s a brilliant option but causes problem.
