Hi, I need urgent help.
My cs-cart store have a big problem with the user session and product cart.
Most of my users cant make orders in the store because when they try to proceed to checkout the session just logoff and the cart goes empty, its happen all the time they try.
Even they clean cookies and site data its happen.
Can someone please help me?

do you know if it happens on all browsers or just Internet explorer when using certain extensions or anti virus etc

It happens on all browers.
Try to contact support team. We see similar themes on the forum several times per year. I think, they should know the solution. Most possibly it is server configuration related
