Block With Web Page Content

I am looking for the block "Block with web page content" so I can add a short form to a side grid in Layouts. The option to add this block no longer exists. I must have missed the depreciation of this block in an update changelog. I am using CS-Cart 4.10.4.SP2

I see ecomm-labs.com now offers the same block as an addon. Is this my only option?

CS-Cart never offered such an option. That's why we created this addon several years ago
