Pl help on this issue because the we are unable to submit sitemap to Google search console.
Please clarify the issue in more details

That is an html page and not the one you are supposed to submit to the search engines. The correct url to submit to the search engines would be https://www.valuesbig.com/sitemap.xml but it doesn't appear you have generated it yet.
So how I can generate the xml sitemap?

To submit sitemap to Google search console:-
1. First you need to sign in to Google Search Console
2. In the Sidebar- Select your website
3. Then click on Sitemaps
4. Enter sitemap XML and Submit
