Shipping Option Not Showing At Checkout - Free Store Pickup Rate Topic   - - - - -

Hello

I've added a third shipping option to a site - Free Store Pickup.

The shipping option is setup the same as the others, all the correct info filled in and set to active - the only difference is the cost is 0

 

But it does not show up at checkout.

 

Cleared cache, tried in different browsers etc and looked for a solution here but cant fix. Help please. Thanks

Did you enable Free shipping option for this shipping method?

The "Stores & Pickup Points" is not working. Even tried it in the CS-Cart Demo and still doesn't work.

Did you enable Free shipping option for this shipping method?

 

Yes, made no difference :/

If I give the shipping option a price - it displays on the checkout. But if I leave the cost blank it doesn.t And free shipping IS checked.

Please make sure that the shipping cost is defined correctly (see point #5)

Yes, all setup correctly like this, still doesn't work.


I've used a work around by creating a coupon code - but its not the correct way of doing it.  Maybe a bug?

Please pay attention to your "Store Collection Setup" image. It does not have rate for 0.01 as per instruction

According to your screenshot Store Collection Setup, you need an extra step to configure "Free Store Pickup". It is described in the documentation.

Specify prices that way for all the rate areas where you'd like to offer this shipping method. For example, if you don't do it for the USA but select USA as the country at checkout, then the shipping method won't be offered.

Once you do that and save your changes, you'll notice (+) appearing next to the rate areas where this shipping method will be offered.
