Something's Changed In Admin Cp And I Can't Add New Listings

Hi Everyone,

I hope someone might be able to help.

I've just gone to add new products and the upload image box is not working.
I've also tried editing existing ones with the same problem.

Also the search for categories isn't working correctly.

I'm just wondering if anyone has encountered this and what the cause might be?

I just upgraded 2 steps to the latest patch.

At a complete loss as to what's gone wrong :(

Yes, it's always worked fine for many years up until now.

All we've done is apply the latest two updates.

What version of php do you have on the server?
What is your current version of the program CS/MV ?

Try a different browser too

Tried different browser, different computers no change.

Customer support have replied suggesting it was one of the Simtech addons. But I've disabled and uninstalled and nothing changes.
So not 100% sure how they managed to fix it via that method.

PHP 7.3.10 (cli) (built: Sep 24 2019 09:20:18) ( NTS )

Currently running 4.11.1.SP1 CS-cart

I've also disabled all third party add ons and it's still not working.

Cs-cart does not support php 7.3 try switching to php 7.2

I think that's unlikely given it's been running fine for some time until the update but will give it a go.
